Why We Need the God of Exodus 4

The strange encounter between God, Moses, and Zipporah in Exodus 4 is a picture of a reality that applies to us all: we need our a people who need atonement, and God graciously invites us to free ourselves from the spiritual presumption that we are free from that need.
