The Mighty Hand of God

The story of the Jordan River crossing is told in such a way as to highlight the fact that the mighty hand of God is doing this. After seeing that, we pay attention to the several ways that the text assures us that we, even if we weren't there, can depend on that mighty hand just as much as the people who crossed the river that day.
