ABOUT WOW

Women of the Word (which we affectionately call ‘WOW’) takes place on Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 AM, with coffee available starting at 9 AM. Childcare is provided for birth-PreK but registration is requested through the registration form

When you arrive, park in the 3rd floor/senior parking lot off James and Oak Street and enter through the Columbarium doors (see map below). We will be outside to greet you and help you find your group!

This fall we will be learning more about and supporting the work that Patrick and Anna LaRochelle are doing with Surge Grace on the Frey. They are working and ministering to the displaced population in two IDP (internally displaced persons) camps in Bunia. Though they do many things we are focusing on prenatal care and deliveries. Our goal is to support Patrick and Anna, through financial assistance as they minister to this population. Over the next few months, you will have the opportunity to purchase services for the women of the Rwampara camp.
