VBS 2022 RECAP

Our hearts are full as we wrap up this VBS week where we got to be with 230 neighbors and friends, old and new, divided across 9 neighborhoods on the mountain. We gathered in backyards, on porches, and under shade trees for crafts, music, snacks, Jesus-centered teaching, and FUN!

Check out some of the pictures that were taken throughout the week below as well as a recap video. As you look through them with your kids, ask what they were doing. Here’s a hint: we looked at the gospel of Mark and explored who Jesus is, why Jesus came, and what it means to follow him. Some stories we heard: Jesus calling his first disciples; Jesus healing the man with an unclean spirit and healing the Paralytic; Jesus being delivered to Pilate; Peter confessing Jesus as the Christ; Jesus foretelling his death and resurrection and finally, the Resurrection.

Join us as we continue to pray for the Holy Spirit to work in these children’s hearts and to grow their faith in Jesus.
