What is TRUE NORTH?

SM2 True North Advance is fast approaching and we don’t want you to miss it! All 9th–12th grade students are invited to join us. It’s going to be a wildly fun and exciting weekend as we are stretched, challenged and grow deeper in the Word of God.

Meet Our Speaker

Jonathan  Huggins  is the College Chaplain at Berry College in Rome, GA. He earned graduate degrees from Wheaton College Graduate School, Reformed Theological Seminary, and received his PhD in Theology from the University of Stellenbosch. He is an ordained Priest in the Anglican Church in North America. He is married, with 3 children, and enjoys exercise, good books, Dad jokes, and Dr. Pepper.  

What are we talking about?

Our theme for this year is A Story Worth Knowing. Berry College Chaplain and Professor Jon Huggins will be our speaker, guiding us through the one big story of Scripture: God’s persistent love and pursuit of his people, ultimately culminating in the death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth.

How Do i Sign up? 

Registration opens Friday, October 1, and closes, Thursday, November 11. There are two ways to register: 

• Sign up and pay with CC online (keep scrolling) 
• Swing by the Student Ministry Office, where you can register and pay by check in person. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email then your registration did not go through. Please call the youth office at 423.886.2190 to get it sorted out.

Yes, scholarship is available! Please download the scholarship form and return to Sydney Little in the Student Ministry Office or email it to her at slittle@signalpres.org.
