It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future if you have lost a spouse, child, family member or friend. It can be a tender and confusing time in one’s life when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you have never faced before. But, you do not have to walk through your grief alone.

Beginning January 8th, SMPC’s Grief Share class will begin meeting each Sunday from 3 PM until 5 PM for thirteen weeks. These classes are structured to help you face the challenges of loss and grief with each session having three distinct elements: a video seminar with experts; a support group discussion; and, tools for personal study and reflection. The Grief Share groups are led by Stephen Ministers and lay people who understand what you are going through.
