Caring for our own in times of joy, difficulty, and sorrow is one of the most important things we do for one another at Signal Pres. Whether we’re celebrating the arrival of a new baby, walking alongside a grieving spouse, making hospital visitations, leading divorce-support groups, bringing communion to our home-bound members, or simply showing up to pray, bring meals, do chores, or anything else needed, serving one another is one of our greatest expressions of gospel love.

PRAYER LINE

Join us in meeting the prayer needs of our congregation by calling 423.886.2160 for a brief Scriptural message, prayer, and update of pastoral concerns within the congregation. Messages will be updated each day by 9 AM.

HOSPITAL VISITATION

Daily visits are made to church members in hospitals in the Chattanooga area. These visits are made by the pastors and church officers. Our pastors have received credentials from hospitals for pastoral calls. Please notify the church office of hospitalized family members or friends. Due to protection of individual rights, information is not distributed by hospitals, and pastors are dependent upon communication from the family. Also, please note that some hospitals have restrictions on pastoral staff visits in special care units and emergency rooms. Please let us know how we can best be available to you.

PASTOR ON CALL

There is always a pastor is on call during nights and weekends. Simply call the church office and the recorded message will let you know who is on call and how to get in touch.

SHEPHERDING MINISTRY

Ruling Elders and pastors are available for congregational calls, counsel, and mercy ministry needs. We also hold regular services for prayer, healing, and personal needs.

Can we pray for you or visit you?

  • All requests for care are confidential unless otherwise designated.

I love Stephen Ministry. Being a Stephen Minister allows me to walk alongside another and be an encourager. It is Christian love in action.
