Cara Rock

Director of Embrace Ministry

Cara has been married to her husband, Jonathan, for 20 years and they have 4 children: Nash, Ashlyn, Aidan, and Grayson. They moved to the Signal Mountain in July 2008 and have been at Signal Pres ever since.   

Cara graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education. She was a Special Educator in the public schools before staying home with her children for 18 years.  Now Cara is using her training to serve the families of Embrace Ministry. 

Cara loves Auburn football, spending time at the pool, hanging out with family and friends, and attending ALL the various activities in which her children participate.

Respite

Embrace Ministry provides parents with respite opportunities in order that they may be replenished and renewed for the ongoing care of their children with special needs.
