Betsy Wilburn

Betsy and her husband Chris have been married for 23 years and have 5 boys who range in ages from 19 to 6 months old. They have lived on Signal Mountain since 2010 and began attending Signal Pres at that time. Betsy has a Master’s degree in Special Education and taught in different settings for over 10 years. Some of her favorite experiences came while working in early intervention programs with families and children who were touched by special needs. In 2011, Betsy began serving in the special needs ministry at Signal Pres and is currently serving as Co-Director of the Embrace Ministry, as well as the coordinator for childcare. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and being outdoors, and watching her boys do activities that they enjoy. Betsy finds great joy and fellowship being in ministry with families and children and getting to meet people right where they are.
