What determines services being cancelled?

Icy Streets   One of the first calls we make is to the Signal Mountain Police for their assessment of street conditions.  Sometimes major streets may be clear when others surrounding the church are not.  Churches on Taft Highway have easier access than those of us off the main streets.

Icy Parking Lots   Holding services means we are capable of parking vechicles, and a determining factor for the decision to hold services is whether our parking lots are safe and accessible.  If the parking lots are frozen with snow and ice, we have no place to accommodate those who drive.

Safe Entries   Our staff and Deacons arrive early to clear walks and entries.  Their ability to keep these entries accessible is another determining factor.
